We contracted KDM to assist us with a social distancing operation at Morrisons and Waitrose supermarkets in mid-March 2020.

They were efficient in returning any requested due diligence and it arrived in an orderly fashion.  KDM have been flexible in assisting us in additional places; this has meant deployment in not just their own home location but as far as Bristol to the East too.

In total they have covered 11 different stores over the past ten weeks, in the region of 5,000 man-hours.  There have been only minor concerns with the quality of any individuals deployed, and when raised, any issues have been quickly rectified.

Kat has been available when we have needed her.  Sometimes, due to operational requirements this has meant calls at 05:00 and calls at 23:00 on the same day.  The rest of the management team, including Jemma, have also played a part, and been available for additional queries.  They have been receptive to new ideas and ways of working.  We have been billed accurately and in line with any stipulated process.

What a pleasure you all were to deal with.
Me and my business partner have held many events and never dealt with such a fantastic team.
From start to finish you were extremely professional and very meticulous in your job.

Our event wasn’t an easy one to deal with as we had no secure fence with over 1000 party goers enjoying themselves for 2 days and lots of alcohol was involved. We ended up having issues for the security team to deal with which included drunk behaviour, medical attention and violence. All I can say is that every issue was dealt so incredibly well that it went unnoticed by anyone including myself.
Your approach to everything was not heavy handed but done with a firm but nice manor.

You should all be very proud of yourselves as a business and the way it’s run. You have a team that also do you very proud. There was never a point anything was questioned.

All super professional and honesty so nice it was a pleasure to deal with you all.
